Lawyer Profile
After receiving his B.A. from York University (Toronto), Gurpreet successfully obtained his LL.B. in 2001 from Robson Hall, University of Manitoba (Winnipeg). Following his call to the Ontario Bar, he practiced as a Barrister and Solicitor with an established boutique litigation firm in Mississauga before founding Jassal Law Professional Corporation.
A firm believer in continued learning, Gurpreet earned his LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford (Manchester/Zurich) in 2021. He also holds the Q.Med. and Q.Arb. designations from the ADR Institute of Canada (Ontario), and volunteers as a Mediator with the DBNC Conflict Resolution Centre in conjunction with the City of Mississauga.
